Description
Duration: 12 months
Location: Remote
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of a Dynamics 365 CE implementation program. This role ensures that scope, schedule, resources, and risks are actively managed while maintaining strong governance and alignment across all stakeholders and delivery partners.
Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop and maintain an integrated project plan covering all workstreams, dependencies, and milestones.
- Coordinate availability and scheduling of business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and third-party vendors.
Delivery Oversight
- Oversee all project activities to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to quality expectations.
- Monitor execution across functional, technical, integration, and data workstreams.
Governance & Control
- Establish and manage project governance processes including:
- RAID management (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions)
- Change control processes
- Status reporting and escalation management
- Ensure adherence to agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary coordination point between business, IT, and external vendors.
- Ensure active stakeholder participation in workshops, reviews, and key decision-making processes.
Resource & Dependency Management
- Manage resource allocation and interdependencies across teams and workstreams.
- Ensure necessary environments, tools, and access are in place to support delivery.
Reporting & Communication
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on:
- Progress against plan
- Key milestones and deliverables
- Risks, issues, and escalations
- Drive transparent, proactive communication across the program.

Integrated Project Plan
- A comprehensive, end-to-end project schedule covering:
- Delivery phases
- Workstreams and dependencies
- Key milestones and timelines
RAID Log (Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions)
- Central governance artifact tracking:
- Risks and mitigation plans
- Issues requiring resolution
- Key assumptions and decisions
Status Reports (Weekly / Executive Updates)
- Regular reporting including:
- Progress vs. plan
- Key accomplishments
- Risks, issues, and escalations
- Tailored for both working teams and executive stakeholders.
Resource & Capacity Plan
- Tracks:
- Resource allocation across teams
- Availability and scheduling
- Capacity versus demand
Governance & Change Control Framework
- Defines:
- Governance structure and forums
- Decision-making and escalation paths
- Change management and scope control process
Education/Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Delivery lead on major transformation projects
- Familiar with Agile concepts
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of DevOps, MS Projects or other project management tools
- Coaching and/or mentoring experience
- Exceptional presentation skills for internal/external purposes
- Ability to listen and effectively communicate orally and in writing with clients and colleagues
