Our client has an immediate requirement for a Part-time, Senior Business Analyst with extensive stakeholder management experience for an RFP related to an IAM (Identity Access Management) tool replacement project.

This role requires expertise in eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements related to IAM processes and systems, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management. The analyst will play a key role in the RFP process, ensuring that the new IAM solution aligns with the organization's needs and objectives.

Part-time contract (80 hours/month) - hybrid work environment, in Calgary

Duration: until March 31, 2026

Must Have:

• 8+ years of Business Analysis Expertise
• Familiar with IAM concepts, principles and best practices including access management, authentication, authorization and provisioning
• Strong Stakeholder Management experience: ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse and challenging group of stakeholders
• Experienced participating in the RFP process for technology solutions
