Part-time Intermediate Infrastructure Support Technician to provide user support for software, hardware and servers in a windows environment

Our Calgary client is looking for a Part-time Intermediate Infrastructure Support Technician to provide user support for software, hardware and servers in a windows environment

*1-2 days a week depending on needs; required on site in Calgary*

Must haves:

• 5+ years’ experience in an Infrastructure Support role (Deskside/Desktop)
• 2+ year experience supporting networks/firewalls
• Experience providing support in a Windows environment (Servers, Windows 10, Office 365)
• Experience supporting an ERP upgrade

Responsibilities:

• Supports Windows Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.
• Manage small infrastructure initiates related to an ERP upgrade
• Troubleshooting and supporting PC software/hardware, smartphones, application issues, installations, upgrades, cloud data storage, printing, Microsoft O/S, O365, AV, Teams, Cloud platforms, Duo MFA, Cisco AnyConnect
• Troubleshooting of router, LAN / WAN configuration, port testing, & link testing for network connectivity
