Senior Project Manager (10+ years) to lead an ERP Replacement Program for Revenue and Cash Management systems for a public sector client

Join a major public sector ERP modernization initiative focused on replacing revenue, taxation, and cash management systems across the County. This high-impact contract offers full lifecycle project leadership, from initiation through closeout, within a large-scale enterprise transformation. The role oversees coordination across business, technical, and vendor workstreams with direct visibility to executive governance bodies. Work will proceed concurrently with other ERP modernization phases, requiring careful integration and stakeholder management.

Must Haves

• Extensive ERP implementation and replacement program leadership experience
• Proven delivery of revenue management, taxation, or cash management system projects
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, governance reporting, and vendor coordination
• In-depth knowledge of data migration, systems integration, testing, and deployment
• PMP or equivalent project management certification

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting business analysis or process improvement activities
• Background in organizational change management and communications
• Familiarity with public sector financial systems and ERP transformations

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of the County’s ERP replacement project
• Develop and maintain project governance, charters, and plans
• Coordinate County staff, subject matter experts, vendors, and partners
• Oversee project scheduling, risk and issue tracking, and executive reporting
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and decision meetings
• Manage execution of testing, training, data migration, and deployment
• Support project closeout, documentation, and transition to operations
