S.i. Systems crown corporation client is seeking a Intermediate BC public sector Procurement Specialist to run end-to-end RFx processes for FIFA initiatives.

FIFA is coming to Vancouver and it will be larger than the Olympics! This public sector organization is working hard to get many supplier agreements in place. You will be running multiple (5+) RFx processes. They want someone who can operate with little oversight.

Mostly REMOTE - may require visits onsite downtown Vancouver as part of mandatory RFx site visit requirements

Must be based in BC and able to travel to Vancouver at your own cost as required - Vancouver based candidates preferred

Part-time hours based on workload - 30 - 40 hours / week estimated

You must be available during some business hours for team meetings and vendor calls, but you can perform the bulk of your work independently (evenings, weekends) as long as work is getting done

Max pay rate $65 / hour

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• 5-7+ years procurement experience
• Experience running RFx processes in a BC public sector organization
• Strong knowledge of BC Trade Agreement Policies
