Our technology client is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee international shipping, receiving, and field service coordination

This role manages all shipments, documentation, and inventory tracking while coordinating with field and shop activities to ensure timely, compliant movement of materials. The position plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, organization, and safety standards across logistics processes.

Must Haves

• Proficiency in international shipping and receiving operations across domestic and international logistics
• Experience preparing and managing Commercial Invoices, BOLs, and EEI documentation
• Ability to perform inventory management tasks including cycle counts and audits
• Knowledge of export compliance and preparation of government documentation
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a technology or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with shop floor and production support activities

Responsibilities

• Manage and process all incoming inventory, ensuring accurate receipt, documentation, and system entry
• Prepare and stage materials, pallets, and crates for safe and efficient shipping
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments while maintaining cost, schedule, and compliance targets
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Complete and manage export documentation in compliance with international regulations
• Support and participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all logistics processes
