Our client is looking for a Junior/Intermediate Identity Analyst to support a critical Google Cloud Platform (GCP) security initiative focused on credential management.

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient contractor to support a critical Google Cloud Platform (GCP) security initiative focused on credential management. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring the secure and efficient rotation of GCP Service Account Keys. This role requires a strong understanding of GCP authentication and best practices.

Must Have's:

• 3+ years of experience working as an Identity Analyst
• Proven understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) authentication mechanisms.
• Deep knowledge of best practices surrounding cloud credential usage and security.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts (specifically authentication best practices) clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders to execute key rotation processes.
• Review and analyze dashboards monitoring GCP Service Account Keys to identify targets for rotation and potential security risks.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing assistance and answering questions regarding key usage and best practices for credential security.
• Partner with stakeholders to coordinate and successfully implement the rotation of Service Account Keys across various GCP projects.
