6-month contract

3 days a week in office (Toronto, Markham, Montreal)

Shift is 37.5 hours per week 8-4, or 8:30-4:30, or 9-5 (M-F)

Job Summary:

This is an Underwriting Assistant position for a very high-profile project requiring a dedicated team to learn our client's new system and work flexible hours if needed.

Responsibilities:

- Data entry in Guidewire (Policy Information)

- General office work as needed

- Insurance experience is a plus but not required

Must Haves:

- Bilingual (French/English)

- Adapts to change and performs effectively under pressure

- Ability to multitask and monitor progress to meet deadlines

- Thirst to learn and take on new challenges

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement solutions

- General knowledge of Excel

- Attention to detail and accuracy is more important than speed

- Ability to learn new systems quickly; very tech savvy.
