Our oil and gas client is looking for an Intermediate Training Coordinator to implement training solutions and manage training programs for pipeline operations. (12450)
Must Haves:
- 5 + year's Experience with LMS platforms effectively scheduling classroom training, managing participant registration, tracking course completions, and generating reports.
- Develop training programs using both internal and external resources.
- Evaluate and select appropriate training vendors, and oversee the vendor onboarding process.
- Experience with SuccessFactors or Workday.
