Description
Our healthcare sector client is seeking a Techno-Functional HCM Specialist to support, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM within an integrated ERP environment.
Join a leading healthcare organization advancing enterprise HCM transformation through Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This role plays a key part in system configuration, optimization, and functional support across complex HR operations. The position offers visibility in system integration, compliance, and process automation initiatives within a collaborative ERP landscape.
Must Haves
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across Compensation, Core HR, Recruitment, and Absence modules
- Experience in system configuration, incident resolution, and ERP integrations
- Proven background supporting enterprise HCM systems in large or complex organizations
- Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification(s) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, public sector, or unionized environments
- Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or ITIL
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules to meet evolving business and compliance requirements
- Provide functional support, resolve configuration issues, and manage system incidents
- Monitor and support integrations between HCM, ERP, payroll, and finance systems to maintain data integrity
- Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and automation within HCM processes
- Ensure system compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and security standards
- Develop and support reporting solutions using Oracle Fusion tools or SQL
- Participate in testing activities for quarterly releases, patches, and enhancements
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, business rules, and procedures
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders, delivering training and fostering system adoption
