Description
S.i. Systems municipal client is looking for an Intermediate Technical Support Specialist to would support day-to-day service needs and provide additional capacity for an upcoming PC refresh initiative
6 month contract to start. 5 days/week onsite in Langley. 7 hours/day.
Must Haves:
- 3+ years in Technical Support
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience supporting large desktop/laptop rollouts (windows 11, 300 devices need to be replaced after being in use for 4 years)
Nice to haves:
- Municipal experience
AI may be used in evaluating candidates.
