Intermediate System Administrator to assist in analysing, troubleshooting, adopting, configuring, implementing and supporting new MS Azure and M365 feature

Our public sector client requires a Reliability cleared Intermediate System Administrator to assist in analysing, troubleshooting, adopting, configuring, implementing and supporting new MS Azure and M365 features and capabilities in the public sector. The resource will help support the client's existing MS Azure and M365 environment and assist in analyzing, troubleshooting, adopting configuring, implementing and supporting new MS Azure and M365 features and capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Administrate, implement, configure, and support Microsoft Azure and M365 services such as SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Intune, and others.
• Provide technical services including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Azure and M365.
• Assist and support other IT teams with M365 and Azure service needs and integrations (e.g., Power Automate, PowerApps).
• Build PowerShell scripts or use automation tools to manage Azure and M365 configurations.

Must have:

• 3+ years experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Experience in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Azure Active Directory
• 1 year experience with GC Cloud Guardrails and PBMM standards
• 1 year experience in Microsoft Purview
