Our client is seeking a Intermediate Project Coordinator with high attention to detail support a data cleaning project .

Mandatory Skills:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator
• Experience with data migration, including Disaster Recovery, Data Centre, and Business Continuity planning
• Ability to effectively manage high volumes and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Daxium or Maximo
• PMP certification
• Previous experience in the airport/transportation industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the data cleaning project from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage the data cleaning process, including data migration, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security of data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, to track progress and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Implement quality assurance processes to validate the accuracy and completeness of data cleaning activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, IT professionals, and business stakeholders, to drive project success and achieve project goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the data cleaning project, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports and metrics to project stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and key milestones.
