Our client is looking for


Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support and work closely with the Project Manager and support the coordination of internal projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Must Have's:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration) is an asset.
  • Experience working in the construction industry



Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager with the overall coordination and execution of internal projects.
  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather project updates and resolve any issues.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure that project scope, objectives, and deadlines are clearly defined and adhered to.
  • Assist with resource allocation, budgeting, and project scheduling as required.
  • Identify and escalate potential project risks and issues to management.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
  • Support the PMO (Project Management Office) by following established project management methodologies and best practices.
