Intermediate Product Analyst with Jira experience to support the creation and development of various IT product releases

Our large, enterprise client is seeking an Intermediate Product Analyst with Jira experience to support the creation and development of various IT product releases.

This is an initial 1-year contract with a possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be based in Regina, SK to follow a hybrid working model.

Must-Haves:

• 3-5 years' experience as a Product Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience with JIRA for creating, managing, and resolving stories
• Ability to facilitate problem and solution negotiation between multiple business and IT stakeholders
• Relationship-builder and collaborator able to understand the needs of internal employees
• Detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for building great products

Nice-to-Haves:

• Financial Institutional Experience
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Workday HCM

Description of Duties and Major Responsibilities:

• Document and execute user story acceptance tests
• Provide user story and solution support to team members
• Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents
• Understand business needs, constraints and problems to identify solution options
• Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release
• Create, manage, release (production & ITE), and discontinue corporate forms.
• Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
