Description
Our midstream client is looking for an Intermediate Payroll Processor \to deliver end‑to‑end Canadian payroll processing using Workday and ADP supporting payroll operations.
Must-haves:
- 4 + years experience Workday Payroll experience, actively running Canadian payroll cycles, not just supporting payroll data or reporting.
- ADP Payroll Processing experience, including adjustments, off‑cycle payments, and payroll corrections.
- End‑to‑end Canadian payroll, from payroll input and validation through final processing and post‑pay reconciliation.
- Experience with CPP, EI, and Income Tax remittances, with responsibility for compliance and accuracy.
- Experience with payroll reconciliations and issue resolution, identifying discrepancies and correcting them under deadline pressure.
- 5 + years of payroll processing experience, operating as an independent contributor without day‑to‑day supervision.
AI may be used in evaluating candidates.
