Our valued Public sector client is in need of an Intermediate Organizational Development Consultant to identify organization for re-design, prototype potential solutions, provide trade off information and suggest a recommended course of action

Our client has a requirement for the provision of IT Business, Innovation, Transformation, Project Management, Human resources, and Instructional/ Training resources in support of the functional development, maintenance and production support for legacy systems as well as any new systems that may come under development, and related work.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
  1. Leading organization and classification projects following project management principles;
  2. Developing and/or implementing functional communities organizational models and associated generic work descriptions;
  3. Developing functional charting;
  4. Developing generic work description framework and develop appropriate learning tools for its application;
  5. Analyzing current and end state, developing options and recommending new organizational structures (could include costing);
  6. Reviewing existing work processes and organizational structures to determine their efficiency and effectiveness, and making recommendations;
  7. Performing job, activities and responsibilities analysis;
  8. Identifying organization for re-design; prototyping potential solutions, providing trade off information and suggesting a recommended course of action;
