Description
Our Oil and Gas client is seeking a Intermediate Mineral Land Data Analyst to support a data cleanup for mineral leases in CS Land
Candidates must be located in Calgary. 4 days in-office in downtown Calgary
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of Data Analyst experience in data clean-ups
- CS Land / CS Explorer or Land Administration/Analysis experience
- Oil and gas experience
Nice to have:
- Active member of LEMAC
- Generwell
- Accumap
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for contributing to the land expiry process and follow through on expiry/continuations and government/freehold notifications to Geologists, Negotiators and Partners.
- Understanding and working knowledge of Saskatchewan Crown regulations, as well as Freehold leases.
- Be involved in process and procedure development
- Process external and internal inquiries in a timely fashion
- Ability to extract data from various systems
- Work with Negotiators on Crown posting and sale process
- Prepare and submit caveats, withdrawals, discharges and transfers of caveats to land titles office and advises partner and freehold owner
