Overview:

Coordinates learning programs through phases including initiation, development, implementation / delivery, adoption, maximization, review, etc.

Designs learning interventions that satisfy each project and fit into the learning ecosystem

Curates and develops internal and external content into meaningful learning experiences; tactfully uses Visual Design to enhance the experience and improve learning outcomes
