Description
Our valued public sector client is seeking a Intermediate Business Analyst to support the implementation of an Enterprise Fraud Management (EFM) system.
Responsibilities:
• Document a high level framework; and
• Document processes.
• Create a schedule and track;
• Host brainstorming sessions with SMEs, clients, partners and stakeholders;
• Gather requirements;
• Develop templates;
• Flesh out Use Cases;
• Identify sources of fraud and malfeasance indicators within applications;
• Identify inputs and outputs;
• Break down business processes into specific steps;
• Lead Privacy Impact Assessment for Cyber Security Operations
• Assist new business analysts staff in their new role; and
• Research, analyze, and recommend improvements.
• Review current processes and practices
• Host 2 to 3 sessions with branch coordinators, partners and stakeholders to gather requirements; and
• Identify reporting requirements inputs and outputs.
Deliverables:
• Weekly status reports to Cyber Security Operations Manager;
• Business Analysis Plan;
• Privacy Impact Assessment;
• Functional Specification/Requirements (use cases, activity diagrams, etc..;
• GCSI client requirements;
• Business Analysis Process Framework; and
• Business Analysis Process Flows.
