S.i. System's client is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst to support on an implementation of a health & safety SaaS solution.


6 month contract - chance of extension - 37.5 hours/week - Hybrid (1 day in new westminster)


MUST HAVES:

  • 3+ years of Business Analyst experience including:

a. Business Process improvement skills

b. Analysis and facilitation skills

c. Communication, presentation and writing skills

d. Ability to gather, analyze, and consolidate information from a variety of sources (e.g. documents, interviews, brainstorming sessions, etc.)

e. Test planning and execution skills

  • Ability to work with the software vendor to ‘translate’ business requirements into detailed system
  • specifications
  • Knowledge of standard MS Office tools including Microsoft Project and SharePoint
  • MS Visio process documentation skills

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Experience working in Occupational Health & Safety (H&S), specifically in Incident Management
  • Business Analyst Certification (e.g. International Institute of Business Analysis CBAP, PMI PBA, etc.)
  • Previous development experience in a technical environment
  • Lean Six Sigma training
  • Vendor management (SaaS) skills
  • Agile methodology knowledge
  • Organization Change Management (OCM) skills
