Intermediate Build Project Manager to support several wireless cellular build programs for a telecommunications client!

Our valued client is seeking the services of an Intermediate Build Project Manager (3+ years) to support a significant wireless cellular build program for a telecommunications client!

Role is remote with occasional travel throughout New Brunswick (i.e. St. John, Fredericton, Moncton, etc.) - on-site work required approximately 3-4 times a month to visit the various build locations. 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of the project management life cycle including project scoping, resource assignment, project plan development, project tracking, monitoring and reporting.
• Develop and maintain all project documentation (Project Plan, Issue and Action Logs, Risk Management, Communication Plan, Status Reports, ...etc.).
• Maintain the Project Management Office Library with lessons learned database, and apply lessons learned to all initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of templates, procedures and processes as part of the continuous improvement process.
• Attending and updating Project update meetings
• Updating PM tools
• Co-ordinating build related activities with contractors

Must haves:

• Experience supporting Wireless Cellular site build projects
• Demonstrated experience in project management delivering project solutions
• Experience in managing multiple projects at a time
• Expert in using MS Suite including Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of proven industry best practices and standards

Nice to haves:

• Project Management designation an asset but not required.
