Intermediate Bilingual Project Manager to lead the end-to-end migration of JD Edwards to Infor LN ERP.

Our valued client is actively seeking an Intermediate Bilingual Project Manager to lead the end-to-end migration of JD Edwards to Infor LN ERP.

This is a 5-month contract, working 5 days/week onsite in Vaudreuil-Dorion. Minimal travel to Mississauga and/or Edmonton.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
• Provide regular status reports to executive stakeholders and ensure project transparency.
• Coordinate internal functional teams (operations, production, finance, procurement, IT, etc.) and external Infor consultants.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
• Manage project budget, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, escalating as necessary and adjusting plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee system configuration, user training, and testing phases.
• Ensure change management strategies are in place to support user adoption.
• Document and standardize project processes and post-implementation support plans.

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years experience as a Project Manager
• Experience implementing Infor LN or a similar manufacturing ERP system
• Excellent french communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project.
• PMP, PRINCE2 certification, or previous project management experience.
