Our client is looking for an Intermediate AI Developer (Copilot, Power Platform and Azure) to design and deploy Copilot agents using Power Platform and Azure AI to accelerate proof-of-concept (POC) development across the enterprise.

This role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week in Calgary or Edmonton offices

Must Haves:

• 7+ years experience as a developer with recent experience developing in AI
• Must have Copilot, Power Platform and Azure experience

Responsibilities:

· Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, including Power Platform and Azure AI.

· Proven ability to design and deploy Copilot agents that accelerate proof-of-concept (POC) development across diverse enterprise scenarios.

· Deep understanding of prompt engineering, orchestration patterns, and grounding techniques (e.g., RAG, vector search, plugin architecture).

· Experience integrating Copilot with enterprise systems such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and custom APIs.

· Strong familiarity with AI Foundry, including its architecture, extensibility model, and how it supports Copilot customization and lifecycle management.

· Collaborative mindset with experience working across engineering, product, and security teams to define and iterate on Copilot use cases.

· Awareness of governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices in the context of generative AI deployments.

· Excellent communication skills to guide stakeholders through ideation, prototyping, and adoption phases.
