Our client is looking for a Int. SAP Techno-functional analyst to support Employee Central for an ongoing HR systems initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Techno-Functional Analyst to support ongoing HR systems initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of functional expertise and technical understanding within the SuccessFactors ecosystem, particularly Employee Central and its related modules.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong techno-functional expertise in EC (configuration + basic technical understanding)
• At least one or more current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in:
• Employee Central Core (preferred)
• Recruiting
• Performance Management
• Succession Management
• Experience working in end-to-end implementations or support projects
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures

• Experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules
• Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, APIs, middleware)
• Familiarity with reporting tools within SuccessFactors
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Analyze, design, and implement solutions within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Provide techno-functional support for EC and integrated modules
• Configure and maintain workflows, business rules, and data models within Employee Central
• Support integrations between EC and other SAP/non-SAP systems
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
• Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities
• Ensure adherence to best practices and system governance standards
