Our energy-sector client is seeking a: Informatica Developer to design and implement enterprise data solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Data Quality - 01090

Provide data engineering services to sustain and enhance ETL solutions; monitor daily batch jobs; and serve as backup Informatica administrator.

12-months contract to start. 37.5 hours/week. Hybrid in Burnaby preferred.

Must Haves

• 10+ years in enterprise data architecture with Informatica PowerCenter 10.x and Informatica Data Quality
• Hands-on Informatica Admin experience including configuration and deployment
• Solid understanding of data modeling (dimensional, 3NF) and architecture principles
• Proven delivery of integrated reporting and analytical solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical data designs

Nice to Have

• Experience within utilities or energy data environments
• Background in MDM or enterprise data governance
• Knowledge of Azure or cloud-based data integration
• Familiarity with Power BI or reporting platforms

Responsibilities could include:

• Design and implement enterprise data flows using Informatica tools
• Develop scalable ETL processes supporting data analytics and reporting
• Administer and optimize Informatica environments
• Collaborate with business teams to define data integration needs
• Maintain data architecture documentation and standards
• Support troubleshooting and performance tuning of ETL pipelines
• Ensure data quality and governance practices across analytics solutions
