S.i. Systems enterprise public health client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for User Access and Provisioning project to analyze large datasets of account information, understand technical requirements of account set up, and document fix requirements. SOW20250616SR-2 .

Max hourly rate $80 / hour + GST as incorporated consultant

May be hybrid or remote - clarifying with client now

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• 10+ years progressive business analytics experience

• Experience with user provisioning on large IT projects

• Experience defining user provisioning related workflows to support project and sustainment

• Ability to translate business goals and metrics into business process outcomes

• Superior knowledge and awareness of Business Process Improvement methods, such as lean and Six Sigma, as well as more modern, agile methods

• Experience with performing options analysis with ability to clearly communicate pros and cons of each

JOB DUTIES:

• We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Access and Provisioning team as a member who can review accounts for end users to ensure quality and accuracy, and who can also understand requirements for end users not only to do their job but also the technical requirement of setting up that account.
• Trouble shoot issues to the other CST Cerner teams to understand where there may be trends when there are errors.
• Analyze large sets of data to be translated into personalized configuration of the information into individual Cerner access accounts.
• Document the requirements for fixes to accounts to make sure there are no further repeats.
• Work within the team to ensure the most efficient means of processing mass data inputs while keeping personal information safe.
• Work with the implementation sites to ensure their data is accurate
