Our real estate development and technology client in Vancouver is looking for a HYBRID- Intermediate Azure .NET Full Stack Developer to support and build custom tools and platforms that directly impact real estate operations and innovation strategy.


This role is for someone who thrives in a small organization with a startup mentality, where creativity, autonomy, and new ideas are not only welcomed but they’re essential. You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit team and work on greenfield projects, building scalable, cloud-first applications using Microsoft technologies on Azure.



Must-Have:
  • 6+ years of experience with C#, .NET Framework
  • B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience developing and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure
  • Strong front-end skills with JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, React or Angular, Redux/Flux, and modern UI frameworks
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
  • Experience building real-world business applications using cloud-based architecture
  • Strong debugging skills and experience optimizing .NET Core applications
  • Proficiency with SQL Server (2012/2016) and relational database design
  • Familiarity with modern software design principles and patterns
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture


Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to design for localization, extensibility, and test automation
  • Delivery of two or more commercially used web applications
