Our multinational consulting services client is looking for an Intermediate Lean Agile Coach to act as a change agent to help the team adopt Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.


In this role, you'll partner with teams and stakeholders to guide Agile transformations, provide hands-on coaching across all levels (team to portfolio), and foster continuous improvement through training, mentoring, modeling, and facilitation. You may also help establish Agile Centers of Enablement and step into Scrum or product roles when needed.


This is a fully remote position, following EST hours. Contract is till end of the year with a possibility of extension.


Must Have:


  • 5+ years coaching stakeholders through Lean-Agile transformations
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and ability to convey urgency for change
  • 10+ years' experience across the full software development lifecycle in leadership roles
  • Proven ability to guide complex problem-solving and business needs
  • Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent Agile certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent



Nice to Have:

  • Multiple Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe, LPM, Coaching, etc.)
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership influence
  • Experience training and mentoring cross-functional teams and leaders
  • Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, ADO, Rally, VersionOne
  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC6) certification is a strong asset
