Developer to support the development and maintenance of Tableau and Oracle APEX applications

Our valued public service client requires a Developer to support the development and maintenance of Tableau and Oracle APEX applications. The Developer will design, develop, and support dashboards and web applications that provide secure, real-time access to critical data, integrate evolving technologies, and enhance productivity across the organization

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle application development including database design, application coding, testing, and reporting. Mentoring junior developers and delivering data-driven dashboards to support business decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Build integrated front-end and back-end features, including RESTful APIs and web services. Design and manage relational databases and write complex, high-performance SQL queries.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, security, and reliability.
• Create Tableau dashboards and visual analytics to transform data into actionable business insights.

Must have:

• Experience with Oracle APEX, SQL, and Javascript
• Secret Clearance

Work is to be performed on site - Ottawa East
