Our valued Public Service client is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to assist in improving its decision-making processes through the use of ERP generated data.

Background:

The organization requires support to advance its enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives and strengthen its data analytics capabilities. By leveraging expertise and data-driven methodologies, the organization aims to enable timely, evidence-based decision-making and ensure the successful delivery of ERP solutions and actionable insights

TASK

• Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity through audits and semi-automated processes.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and insights that support decision-making, and develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand data challenges, propose solutions, and document analytics processes and outcomes.
• Create and maintain user documentation for dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
• Develop and deliver training and coaching sessions on data analysis tools, including Power BI.
• Provide technical support for data-related issues and maintain data systems to align with evolving user needs.
• Over 4 years experience analyzing data using Python, R or SQL

MUST HAVE:

• a post-secondary degree in an engineering, science, computer science, economics or mathematics
• Secret security clearance
• Work on site
