Our financial services client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to repair wire payments and process international fund transfers

Duration: Until 31 May 2027 (12 months)

Location: Montreal - Hybrid

Join a high-performing back-office team supporting global payment operations within a leading banking environment. The role ensures the accurate and timely repair of electronic wire payments, correction of route errors, and precise currency handling across international transactions. This is a productivity-driven function requiring strong attention to detail and speed as part of a team completing daily processing targets.

Must Haves

• Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with high accuracy
• Back-office processing of wire payments and electronic fund transfers
• Strong English communication skills
• Demonstrated work ethic and willingness to learn
• Post-secondary degree highly preferred

Nice to Have

• Bilingual (French/English)
• Previous financial teller experience
• Previous customer service representative experience within banking
• Knowledge of global geography and currencies

Responsibilities

• Repair wire payment transactions with accuracy and speed
• Ensure payments process correctly through internal systems
• Receive multi-currency payments and align funds to correct accounts
• Process daily payment queues to meet end-of-day deadlines
• Collaborate with team members across Montreal and Mississauga locations
