Description
S.i. Systems mining client is looking for a Change Specialist, Transformation to build and implement change strategies and plans for business transformation initiatives.
12 month contract - 4 days a week onsite in Vancouver - 37.5 hours a week - Multi year project/contract potential
MUST HAVES:
- 6+ years’ experience as a change practitioner, with deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience implementing business transformation projects, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology and / or Enterprise Operating Model (EOM)
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience in the mining or resource sectors
- Experience with SAP
