Change Manager driving workplace transformation by implementing a desk booking solution and establishing KPIs to track and optimize the performance of newly adopted workplace models.


Project description:

To support Workplace Services (WPS) in the design, implementation, and optimization of a shared, flexible workspace model aligned with the organization’s growth, modernization, and hybrid work initiatives, and to ensure a smooth transition to an unassigned desk model, effective use of a desk booking tool, and enhanced employee experience. This includes the adoption of an unassigned/shared desk model, implementing a desk booking tool, space consolidation, and the introduction of new workplace norms.


Must Haves:

  • Change Manager (5+ years)
  • Workplace transformation engagements (2+)
  • Developing KPIs and/or performance measurement frameworks (2+ years)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement change interventions that improve organizational effectiveness through system- and people-centered strategies.
  • Facilitate scenario based “Working in the New Way” sessions
  • Develop and assist in implementing change management strategies, plans, and frameworks.
  • Reduce employee anxiety and uncertainty through transparent communication and ongoing support.
  • Reinforce trust by ensuring employees know where to go for help and how to use available tools confidently.
  • Develop tools/visuals such as “How We Work Here” in shared spaces to reinforce key norms.
  • Continue building and aligning the centralized hub (WPS webpage) for guidance, FAQs, and support contact information etc.
  • Equip managers with facilitation guides, tips sheets and coaching support to address team concerns.
  • Identify and communicate all tools, resources, and expectations related to unassigned seating and desk booking.
  • Evaluate change effectiveness and identify gaps or risks to improve awareness and understanding across the organization.
  • Develop performance measurement and evaluation frameworks.
  • Prepare and lead along with WPS team drop-in sessions or virtual office hours for managers to ask questions and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Facilitate and prepare training material for management and employees to help review expectations and help teams feel connected despite space sharing or other sessions as needed.
