Business Analyst, ERP Reporting & Analytics

S.i. Systems client is looking for a Business Analyst, ERP Reporting & Analytics.

12 month contract - high chance of extension - 37.5 hours/week - Vancouver based candidates 4 days a week in office

MUST HAVES:

• 5+ years as a business analyst creating functional specifications, gathering requirements & working with development teams
• SAP experience in either Supply Chain, Asset Management or Marketing & Logistics

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage business users to elicit, document, and validate reporting requirements.
• Analyze business processes to identify reporting needs, KPIs, and appropriate data sources.
• Translate requirements into clear, complete, and testable functional specifications.
• Collaborate with data developers and BI teams to ensure technical specifications align with business needs.
• Support development and testing of reports by providing sample data, test scenarios, and validating outputs.
• Maintain traceability from business requirements through to final report delivery.
• Promote adoption of enterprise reporting tools by supporting training, demos, and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure reporting complies with internal data governance, privacy, and security policie
