Bilingual Intermediate Project Manager to Support End-User Computing Delivery and Deployment Initiatives.

Location: Hybrid - (minimum 2 days onsite in Lévis)

Overview

Our client is seeking an End-User Computing Delivery Lead to support IT delivery and deployment initiatives.

The advisor will ensure a seamless user experience during software updates and deployments, while preparing users for change. This role involves coordinating delivery activities, ensuring quality of deliverables, and aligning efforts across multiple stakeholders within both business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate deliverables for the application and technology workstream, considering dependencies, complexity, stakeholders, and alignment with other initiatives
• Perform functional supervision and coordination of contributors involved in delivery activities
• Ensure team performance, quality of deliverables, and adherence to standards, methods, and procedures
• Coordinate all deliverables to meet business objectives, timelines, and agreed service levels
• Ensure availability and stability of the application layer within infrastructure platforms
• Conduct risk analysis, assess impacts, and define mitigation strategies
• Manage change requests, solution experimentation, and delivery strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with IT (VPTI) and business representatives
• Identify and escalate complex issues impacting deliverables, minimizing impacts to business and IT sectors
• Support the objective of reducing support intervention (“zero contact to CSTI”) for end-user services
• Interact directly with users across IT, business units, and operational sectors

Required Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in information technology environments
• Experience in delivery coordination or deployment projects
• Experience in end-user computing or desktop deployments (asset)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (asset)
