Maintenance III
Are you skilled in building and grounds maintenance? Join our dedicated team at Prince Rupert School District No. 52 as a temporary casual Maintenance III worker for the summer. In this hands-on role, you’ll perform a variety of maintenance tasks, assist tradespeople, and help keep our facilities safe and functional for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general and minor building repairs
- Maintain school grounds and playing fields
- Operate district vehicles and power tools
- Work outdoors and at heights as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience or equivalent training
- Valid B.C. driver’s license
- Mechanical aptitude for small engine repair
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of safety protocols
