Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Business Data Cloud GTM Content Specialist
Location: Vancouver

As a Content Specialist for our latest innovation, SAP Business Data Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our internal and external content strategy related to GTM, internal community engagements, customers, partners and Board executives. - Create high-quality internal and external content that aligns with SAP’s branding strategy but still brings your creative flair. Our team’s focus is clarity, timely and insightful information and scalability.
- Your primary audience will be the thousands of internal customer success experts, including Account Executives, Managing Partners, Solution Advisors, Services and Partner Managers.
- Additionally, you will be involved in crafting impactful media, presentation slides, social media updates, customer-facing assets, infographics, as well as sensitive executive-level content and field alerts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports GTM launches, sales programs, campaigns and industry and audience-tailored content requirements.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies as required
- Research industry trends and topics to generate innovative content ideas that improve audience engagement and ultimately enhance our business execution.
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
- Engage with our internal and external community through feedback and social media interactions.
What you bring
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Interactive Design, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or MBA
- Experience in content creation for the tech or software industry is an asset
- Attention to detail to follow branding and content guidelines, edit, proofread and improve audience engagement
- Curiosity to ask questions, learn efficiently and propose new ideas
- Excellent time management and communication skills to keep up in a fast-paced environment with flexible working hours
- Thorough research skills and the capability to distill complex concepts or information into an easily digestible visual and written format
- Media design experience with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content
- Ability to adjust content strategy according to audience - Executive, internal, external, business-oriented, tech-savvy and partner audiences
- Seek feedback and adapt to changing project requirements and feedback
- Regularly present new trends in content strategy and formats to keep our content on the bleeding edge
- Working experience in leading Data and AI vendors, such as Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir, AWS, Microsoft or Google is an asset
- Great sense of humour at times of pressure!

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 18.00 - 36.00 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
