What will you do?

  • Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
  • Process and verify warranty claims, invoices, inventory, deletions and exception handling, builder orders, and order parts and equipment
  • Investigate orders and process any payables for one more core location
  • Validate the Branch's Accounts Receivable activities
  • Utilize CRM platform to ensure that installation appointments contain accurate details pertaining address, full name, and payment methods
  • Inform Union Gas of any reported infractions
  • Upload invoices, service work orders and equipment return in Image Now
  • Accurately manage petty cash and prepare cheque requisitions and expense forms for managers and team members
  • Provide warehouse support when needed

What do you bring?

  • A growth mindset: above all else, we’re looking for people who are dependable, ambitious and want to grow with Reliance
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administration role, preferably in a customer service environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow a task through to completion
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience within the HVAC industry would be an asset
