Are you a Hair Stylist passionate to advance in your career? Then we want you to come join our team! We need your drive, superior guest communication and experience to join our team and advance into senior roles in our multiple First Choice Hair salon locations serving customers for over 20 years in Mississauga.

You will be joining a family of over 300 First Choice Hair Salons established nearly 50 years ago in Canada. We are part of the largest Hair Salon group with over 4000 salons established in 1922 where we constantly invest in training and advancement of our team members to remain current with latest trends in industry, where we constantly invest in training and advancement of our team members to remain current with latest trends in industry.

In our hair salons we aim to provide our guests a great experience! Whether you’re giving a client a haircut, hair style, color and highlights or one of our specialty hair care services. It’s your skill matched with our proprietary training, tools and techniques that will set you up for success.

We offer competitive compensation based on your experience and quality of technique which includes market competitive hourly wage plus commission and extended health and dental benefits. After successfully completing 6 months in your role you will also be eligible for a one time joining bonus of $750/.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll provide exceptional hair styling services, guest service, understand your guest’s needs, provide quality consultations and perform services requested in an efficient and professional manner.

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a current cosmetology license or in training to get certified in Canada or another country
• You are a Canadian resident , a citizen or permanent resident or have a work permit
• You enjoy working in a team
• You can and want to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal communications skills.
