We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for effective planning, executing, automating and tracking functional tests as part of Risk IT maintenance releases or projects.What will you do?Create test plans, test cases and test scripts based on requirement documents and business User StoriesDevelop and maintain automated test suites using test automation toolsExecute test cases (manual/automated) document test results and raise defects whenever necessary.Work with JIRA, Confluence, qTest for test case management, defect management, test reporting and other functionsParticipate in agile ceremonies like, Sprint planning, grooming sessions, stand-up meetings, demo sessions, and retrospective meetingsParticipate E2E and integration testingParticipate in defect triage and Scrum meetingsWhat do you need to succeed?Must-have Computer Engineering, Computer Science Degree/diploma with minimum 5+ years of experience in a QA/test environment with a focus on technical, automated testing in a variety of environments (Cloud, distributed and mainframe, business workflows and services/APIs, databases).Good knowledge of QE Processes, Testing Life Cycle, SDLC and Defect Management processes for application testing, development and support with hands-on experience in creating test cases, executing manual/automated test casesExperience in test automation frameworks/tools e.g. Robot Framework, Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI or ReadyAPI, Postman, UFT/Lean UFT/RestAssured/, TestNG and development languages e.g. Python, Java, etcExperience in various types of testing including Front End and Backend involving SQL/Databases (e.g. SQL Server, MongoDB, DB2, Oracle), ETL process, API/Micro Services, Job Schedulers (eg Autosys, Stonebranch, Airflow etc) in Windows and Unix/Linux environmentsKnowledge of CI/CD/Devops/Test Management/Project Tools such as Jenkins, GIT, Docker, UCD, ALM, qTest, JIRA, Confluence etc.Strong problem solving, design, and analytical skillsNice-to-havePayment/Finance domain knowledgeSoftware Quality CertificationWhats in it for you?
