Rasakti is focused on growing international sales, specifically in Europe and the Asia-Pacific regions. It therefore needs a sales agent to join the sales team to work directly with the account managers, the customer base and the internal Rasakti team. Rasakti are looking for a candidate who can work within a structured sales process, with the flexibility to deal with complex issues as they arise.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

The sales agent performs some or all of the following duties, without limitation:

  • Working with the Estimates team to respond to customer requests for quotes and information;
  • Creating orders in the system;
  • Managing the revision of drawings and making the necessary changes to orders in production or on hold;
  • Date reporting and production tracking for the sales team;
  • Other related tasks as required.

Compétences recherchées

EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Professional diploma in office automation or demonstrable experience in this field;
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, TEAMS);
  • Ability to work independently and have a sense of responsibility;
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English (bilingualism);
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
  • Organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills;
  • Attentive to detail;
  • Communication and interpersonnal skills.
