MISSION 1: Implement the current sales plan
- Develop targeted markets in Ontario
- Participate in snowmobile events in season
- Actively participate in the preseason booking process
MISSION 2: Deployment of the Rail Experts Program
- Provide retailers onsite training on the Specialized carbide runner Expert program.
- Requires frequent travels in Fall.
- Increase the number of active retailers in the program
- Position Qualipieces as a strategic business partner within the retailers
- Maintain retailer info in the CRM
MISSION 3: Improve/build the business partner component.
- Identify industry's best practices to enhance the snowmobile experience:
- Increase customer loyalty
- Improve accessorization process at véhicule sales
- Leverage the power of counselling from the parts and service departments.
MISSION 4: Participate in the preparation of marketing tools
- During the off season, act as support to the Marketing team in the preparation of various communication tools.
Terms
- A high school diploma is required (college an asset).
- Experience in the field of sales or in a profession related to market development;
- Knowledge of spoken and written English is essential.
- Ideally bilingual (French)
