Description

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Change is a strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide adoption of critical business changes by applying structured change management methodologies, building organizational readiness, and embedding a culture of change leadership across all levels of the organization.

Reporting to the Sr Director, Enterprise PMO & Change, this role leads the Enterprise Change Team and partners closely with senior executives, portfolio leaders, project teams and functional stakeholders to ensure that people impact is understood, risks are mitigated, and change is effectively implemented and sustained. The Senior Manager, Enterprise Change shapes future‑state visions, guides operational readiness, oversees business process improvements, and establishes governance mechanisms that strengthen enterprise change capability.

Responsibilities

Leadership of the Enterprise Change Team

  • Lead a team of Enterprise Change Managers including workload planning, resource allocation, performance management, and talent development.
  • Build team operating plans aligned with organizational goals and drive execution excellence across the portfolio.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, agility, continuous improvement, and people‑centric change leadership.

Enterprise Change Strategy & Portfolio Support

  • Own and apply ongoing continuous improvements to structured enterprise change management framework, methodologies and tools.
  • Support development of governance standards, operating frameworks and readiness and adoption reporting that strengthen organizational readiness.
  • Support annual strategic planning providing insights into change impacts of proposed projects and potential areas of risk.

Enterprise Change Management

  • Apply structured change management methodologies to guide the people side of transformation across multiple organizational initiatives.
  • Conduct impact and readiness assessments, identifying stakeholder needs, business risks, and adoption barriers.
  • Develop integrated change plans including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and reinforcement activities.
  • Collaborate with Project teams to ensure alignment between technical delivery and change activities.
  • Lead organizational design assessments and process redesign.
  • Design and monitor metrics to evaluate change readiness, adoption, and proficiency.
  • Anticipate risks and escalate issues when required; advise executive leadership on best practices for successful change deployment.



Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Influence

  • Coach senior leaders and build change champion networks.
Experience

Required Qualifications

  • University degree required; Prosci certification preferred.
  • 7-10+ years leading large-scale change.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and change methodologies.
  • Project management training or certification (PMP) is an asset.
