Description

As a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor (Garage Foreman), you'll lead the day-to-day operations of a busy fleetmaintenance facility, ensuring timely vehicle servicing, high repair quality, and optimal operational efficiency. Thisrole includes supervising garage personnel, coordinating repairs, enforcing preventive maintenance schedules,and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.

This position is full time Monday-Friday 11:00am to 7:00pm.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily garage operations, scheduling and managing repairs.
  • Supervise and guide mechanics and support staff; evaluate performance.
  • Ensure on-time preventive maintenance using the WEB Fleet Assistance system.
  • Provide technical diagnostics and support for complex mechanical issues.
  • Maintain a high standard of safety, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments to ensure fleet readiness.
    Inspect completed work for quality and safety compliance.
Qualifications
  • 310T License (mandatory).
  • Proven management experience in a mechanical/
    garage environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced vehicle diagnostics skills.
  • Proficiency with computerized fleet management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to reduce vehicle downtime and streamline operations.

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders. This requirement is justified by the nature of the responsibilities and operational needs.
