PUR RH is supporting a growing Montreal-based organization in the search for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its finance team.

You will play an important role in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis while collaborating closely with operational teams and management. The position offers strong exposure to the business and the opportunity to grow within an expanding organization.

Responsibilities
• Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasts
• Build and maintain financial models and projections
• Analyze financial performance and explain variances
• Monitor and track key performance indicators
• Support operational teams with financial insights
• Improve reporting tools and financial processes
• Prepare management reports and presentations
Profile Sought
• Experience in FP&A or financial analysis
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Strong analytical mindset
• Comfortable working with different teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bilingualism considered an asset
