Salary: Up to $160,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development

Oversee the Finance, Administration, and Human Resources teams

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes

Implement strong internal controls and risk management practices

Foster a positive workplace culture built on respect, equity, and well-being
