Job Title: Controller (Part-Time)
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec
Status: Permanent
Schedule: 3-4 days per week, flexible
Salary: Up to $100,000

This Controller opportunity in Ville Saint-Laurent offers the chance to take ownership of the finance function while working closely with leadership, in a stable company that has been in business for over 50 years.
With a team of approximately 50 employees, the environment is collaborative, human, and truly values its people. You will be supported by a small AP/AR team as well as an external accounting firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the finance function and support a small AP/AR team
• Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and key indicators
• Provide recommendations and insights to support business decisions
PROFILE SOUGHT:
• Strong experience in accounting or finance
• Bilingual with functional spoken French and English
• Comfortable working independently and confident in making recommendations without needing direction
• Comfortable in a hands-on, small team environment
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to see the bigger picture
• CPA designation (an asset)
