As part of a small two-person collections team, you’ll play a key role in B2B collections, maintaining positive client relationships and finding practical payment solutions while ensuring follow-ups are handled with professionalism and tact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carry out B2B collection follow-ups with professionalism and diplomacy

Maintain strong business relationships while ensuring payment timelines are respected

Propose tailored payment arrangements based on each client’s situation

Respond to client questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or account issues

PROFILE SOUGHT:
-
Minimum of one year of experience in collections or B2B customer service
-
Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone

Functional bilingualism in French and English (sufficient for B2B communication)

Team player with a positive attitude and sense of initiative

Creative thinker who can adapt and propose practical solutions
