Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description
Due to continued growth, our client, a well-established company specializing in commercial real estate with over 60 years of success, is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Saint-Léonard.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist looking to join a stable organization that values collaboration, employee well-being, and long-term growth. You'll be part of a close-knit accounting team of three in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing the full accounts receivable cycle while building positive relationships with clients and contributing to the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

Responsibilities
• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including billing and payment processing
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and respond to client inquiries
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the accounting team on day-to-day activities
• Support other accounts receivable-related tasks as needed
Profile Sought
• Experience in full-cycle accounts receivable
• Functional bilingualism in English and French (English is required to communicate with clients and business partners across Canada.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
